1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 373060 T Jachimowice - Stara Wieś In Msc. Jachimowice From Km 0+000 To Km 0+447. The Order Includes The Construction Of The Roadway Of The Renovated Road - Single-Lane 2.50 M (Local Widenings To 2.80 And 3.50 M On The Initial And Final Sections) With A Bituminous Surface - In Accordance With The Attached Construction Section, Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz. On The Entire Length The Road Being Renovated Is Equipped With Two-Sided Shoulders With A Dirt Surface Improved With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate In Width 0.30 M (15 Cm Thick) Along With Their Surface Consolidation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 10 To Swz.2) Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes Annex No. 11 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Documentation Does Not Contain Any Reference To Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If, Despite Verification Of The Documentation, Such A Marking Remains In The Content Or On The Drawing, They Should Be Treated As Reference Products That Can Be Replaced By Others With Equivalent Parameters, Even If The Term Or Equivalent Is Not Used. Any Trade Names Used In The Design Documentation Would Constitute A Definition Of A Standard Or A Product Type, And Not As A Request For Contractors To Offer Materials And Equipment Offered By Specific Manufacturers. Equivalent Materials And Devices Will Be Those That Have No Worse Or Better Features Or Parameters And Perform Similar Functions Or Are Made Of Materials With Similar Characteristics, Durability And Strength.3. If The Contractor Finds That The Parameters Or National Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annex To The Swz Or Those Translating Into European Or International Standards May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, It Means That They Are Of Such Importance That The Technical Parameters Of The Products So Indicated Determine The Ones Required By The Ordering Partys Minimum Expectations As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate Equivalence With Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation And Stwior And By Using Materials Corresponding To A Given Standard. The Burden Is On The Contractor To Indicate Equivalence.
