1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physical Protection Services For The Facility And Property Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw, Ul. Ogrodowa 5/7 In Warsaw (00-893) 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day.2. Property Protection Should Be Implemented In Order To Prevent Crimes And Offenses Against Property And Damage Resulting From These Events And To Prevent Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Protected Area.3. Protection Of Persons Should Consist In Activities Aimed At Ensuring The Safety Of Life, Health And Personal Integrity Of Persons Located On The Premises Of The Voivodeship Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Services Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because It Would Not Increase The Efficiency And Availability Of The Order. The Most Advantageous Solution, From An Organizational And Economic Point Of View, Is The Provision Of Services By The Same Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Are 24-Hour Physical Protection Services For The Facility And Property Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw. The Protection Will Cover Facilities And Property That Are Functionally And Organizationally Closely Related To Each Other, Located In One Location At Ul. Ogrodowa 5/7 In Warsaw (00-893). If The Order Was Divided Into Parts, Each Contractor Would Have To Adapt Organizationally To The Other Contractors, Which Would Result In A Total Higher Price Of All Parts Of The Order Compared To The Cost Of One Order. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Corresponds To The Business Profile Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Operating On The Regional And Local Market.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
