The Contractor Ensures The Provision Of Medical Services In The Field Of Occupational Medicine Along With The Provision Of Medical Services Including Laboratory And Diagnostic Tests To The Extent Necessary To Issue Medical Certificates And Specialist Consultations, Consisting Of: A) Performing Preventive Medical Examinations: Initial, Periodic And Follow-Up, B) Preventive Care Health Care Necessary Due To Working Conditions, Including Medical Examinations Aimed At Confirming The Ability To Perform Current Work If The Ordering Party Or The Employee Reports The Need For Such Examination Beyond The Deadlines Resulting From The Frequency Of Periodic Examinations, Including Preventive Examination Of The Employee In The Event Of Deterioration Of The Employees Eyesight And Examination In The Event Of Suspicion Of An Employees Occupational Disease, C) Issuing Medical Certificates For The Purposes Specified In The Labor Code And Implementing Regulations, Stating: No Health Contraindications To Work In A Specific Position Or Health Contraindications To Perform Work At A Specific Workplace, D) Conducting Tests Of Employees Who Drive Motor Vehicles As Part Of Their Work And Are Not Subject To The Road Transport Act.
