Tenders Are Invited For Providing In 2025 Shelter Services With 24-Hour Meals For Homeless People Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Lubań To A Shelter With Care Services

A. Providing Shelter Services Together With Care Services For Homeless People From The Lubań Municipality In 2025, Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter With 24-Hour Meals And Providing The Necessary Clothing, Necessary Social Conditions, Care Services, As Well As Carrying Out Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing And Strengthening Activity And Independence, As Far As Possible, Restoring Life In The Local Community And Making Homeless People More Independent, Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Disability, Require Partial Care And Assistance In Meeting Essential Life Needs, But Do Not Require Services Provided By A 24-Hour Care Facility, A Care And Treatment Facility Or A Nursing And Care Facility. B. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Forecast Number Of People Sent To A Shelter With Care Services Per Year Will Be - 1 Person (One). C. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Number Of People Provided By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Respect, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. The Ordering Party Allows The Number Of People Referred To In Point B To Be Increased By A Maximum Of 1 (One) Person. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Duration Of The Actual Stay Of People In The Shelter. D. If There Are No People Requiring Shelter, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep 1 (One) Place Ready For The Needs Of The Lubań Municipality. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Standard Of The Facility And Services Provided In The Shelter For Homeless People With Care Services In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care And Heating Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896).F. As Part Of The Shelter Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide People Sent To The Shelter With: • A Place To Stay, • 24-Hour Meals, • Clothing Appropriate To The Individual Needs Of The Person And The Season, • Cleaning Products, • Care Services, • Cooperation In The Implementation Of The Program For Coming Out Of Homelessness .
