Aok Rheinlandpfalz/Saarland Intends To Conclude A Contract In Accordance With Section 127 Paragraph 1 Sgb V On The Supply Of Insured Persons With Aids From Product Group 14 Bilevel Cpap Devices. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Additional Free Supply Of Insured Persons With Bilevel Cpap Devices From Product Subgroup 14 Of The List Of Medical Aids In Accordance With Section 139 Sgb V, Including All Related Services. The Requirements Of The Currently Applicable List Of Medical Aids In Accordance With Section 139 Sgb V Represent The Minimum Requirements For The Medical Aids To Be Provided. The Contract Does Not Contain A Right To Carry Out A Specific Number Of Supplies For Those With Statutory Health Insurance Or A Specific Delivery Quantity. Contractual Partners Can Only Become Service Providers Who Meet The Requirements For Sufficient, Appropriate And Functional Production, Delivery And Adaptation Of The Aids And Can Provide Proof By Means Of A Certificate From A Suitable, Independent Body (Prequalification Body). With This Preliminary Information, A Contractual Intention Is Made Known In Accordance With Section 127 Paragraph 1 Sentence 6 Sgb V.
