The Complete Structure Shall Be Centrally Located On A 6M X 6M Tarmac Base. Colours: Four Colours Whirling Platform All Pipework Must Be Galvanized. Platform This Will Be 3 M In Diameter And Constructed From Eight 50 X 50 X 6 Mm T-Section Radial Arms Radiating From The Centre Pivot Post And Welded To A 38 X 10 Mm Flat Iron Outer Band. Eight Symmetrically Spaced Holes Will Be Drilled At A P.C.D Of 450 Mm To Accommodate The 19 Mm Diameter Anchor Bolts.
