Expression of Interest for External Audit Services for EIDFR Project 2. The services under this project include the recruitment of an external audit firm to carrying out audit services whereby the audit firm will express an independent professional opinion(s) on the financial statements of the project for the year 2024. The implementation period is January December 2024. The services and requirements for this Consultancy are stipulated in the Terms of Reference (ToR) that can be obtained by email to the address below or downloaded from the Websites below. 3. The IGAD Centre for Pastoral Areas and Livestock Development (CPALD) now invites eligible audit firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Competent audit firms may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. 4. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Banks Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations dated October 2015 which is available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org. 5. Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 0800 1700 Hours local time from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. 6.
