Tenders are invited for Service Provider for Wood AI App Usability Improvements Role of the service provider The service provider will cooperate with Geres, the app developer, to tasks related to app usability improvements and AI accuracy improvements based on the existing photos. The app developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting during the duration of the project. Deliverables and Activities: Wood AI App Usability Improvements · Re-write of the App · Re-write of the Dashboards AI Accuracy Improvements · Manually relabel the existing photos in the database and retrain the AI using these additional photos · Implement a two-level AI system to filter out low-quality photos before processing the images Deliverables and deadline The services are expected to start as soon as possible and the assignment is to be completed no later than 31 03 2025 Budget The financial proposal made must be in USD and be inclusive of all costs and all taxes. If the contractor isnt VAT registered withholding tax would be deducted from the amount to be paid by Geres. Qualifications The consultant is expected to have the following qualifications and skills · Deep experience (5+ years) working on wood fuels · Experience working on Biomass in Cambodia, and knowledge of Cambodian challenges · Experience and interest in delivering similar works · High level of proactivity and independence. · Presence and availability in Cambodia during the contract period. Submission Requirements Application Applications should include the following: · A technical offer (maximum 3 pages), outlining the proposed approach and schedule · A CV and details of the assigned expert · A financial offer, specifying the number of man-days and the associated unit costs The technical and financial offers can be sent together or be in the same file Applications will be assessed on both the technical and financial offers. Only technical offers with a minimum score of 70% will go through the financial evaluation process. The committee with select the application offering the best value for money.
