Tenders are invited for Media Consultant to Produce a GEDSI Video for the Mekong Regional Water Governance Program SCOPE OF THIS CONSULTANCY Oxfam IP2 project is looking for a media consultant or team to produce a short video (between 7-10 minutes max) which feature the experiences, approach and how individual and their respective organisations in up to 3 countries/location in the Mekong region applied GEDSI in their works to date. Oxfam PMU will provide the initial list between 7-10 GEDSI Champions, and access to existing video footage the project have compiled to date for the consultant team to review and consider during the concept development and interview stage. It is expected that at least 3 GEDSI Champion will be featured in the video. The media consultant will be working closely with Oxfam Mekong Project Management Unit (PMU) to deliver well-oriented videos which bring out key messages as agreed by the team. Concept planning is one of the areas that MWG team will have substantial involvement in order to continue with further steps. The media consultant must dedicate a strong team to fully responsibly work for this assignment and ensure that the works are to the highest standard and are done timely (pre-production, production, and post- production).One planned event under the IP2 is the Project Regional Closing workshop (plan in mid-January 2025 where undertaking of key interviews could take place. Oxfam PMU will facilitate this process to link the media consultant and the key individual. DELIVERABLES: 1. Details concept note and storyline development and production plans with realistic timeframe for the filming 2. Presentation of first draft video for comments and inputs from Mekong PMU team 3. Address the comments and present revised versions. Ensuring that the video meet Oxfam media and visibility guidelines. Submission of finalised master file video and the social media version. Inclusion of sign-language in the final production is mandatory.
