The Extent Of Works, For Which Construction Is Required For Tamborine Mountain Sport Centre - Sports Lighting Upgradeproject- Lighting Upgrade To Soccer And Rugby League Fields Only- Condition Report On Exiting 4 Light Towers (Gm Poles)- Supply And Install 2 X New 25M Gm Poles & Cross Arms Referenced As Lp05 & Lp06- Supply And Installation Of 16 Sylvania Raptor Sr2a 4000K 1200W Luminaires (Refer To Document No. 0250198-01_R1.Agi)- Supply And Installation Of New Distribution Board, Luminaire Drivers To Be Installed Within This Db.- Embankment To Be Retained To Prevent Erosion From Jeopardizing Structural Integrity Of New Distribution Board Andassociated Footings- Light Switches To Be Housed Within Db- 3 X 10A 1P Switched Outlets + 1 X 32A 5P Switched Outlet To Be Installed Within New Db With Suitable Cable Entry For Eventpower- Multifunction Energy Meter To Be Installed Within Db- Removal Of Old Db And Install New Electrical Pit To Intersect Existing Conduits & Cables- Light Tower No. 1 (Closest To Existing Electrical Distribution Board) Requires Soil Pulled Away From Base And Retainment Toprevent Build Up In The Future- Baseplate Grout Is Starting To Crack And Has Not Been Installed As Per Pole Manufacturers Recommendation, Suggest Regrouting All 4 Poles As Per Gm Poles Grouting Procedure (Document Attached)- Weep Holes To Be Installed Through Grout- Light Towers To Be Identified As Per Drawings With Labels Affixed To Lower Inspection Covers- New Electrical Pit Required Near Lp05, Currently 100Mm Hd Conduit Turned Up- New Electrical Pit Required Near Lp04 To Replace Existing Pit Damaged Beyond Repair- Concrete Apron To Be Poured Around All Pits To Protect Edges From Mower Damage, Suggest 150Mm Width- Existing Pits To Be Cleaned Out - Suggest Vacuum Excavation- Existing Luminaires And Associated Pole Mounted Control Gear To Be Removed- Suitable Weatherproof Terminal Strip To Be Utilised Within Base Of Poles For All Cable Terminations- New Light Fittings To Be Aligned As Per Lighting Design And Lux Levels Confirmed & Documented On Completion Of Works- As Constructed Drawings & Operation Manuals To Be Handed Over On Completion Of Workstesting & Commissioning
