The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 48 Pieces Of Automatic External Defibrillators (Aed), Also Known As The Aed Set, For Equipping Police Cars Of The Municipal Guard Of The City Of Krakow In Accordance With The Material Scope That Specifies: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz (Technical Specification), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Specification Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order, Goods Or Defibrillators, On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Order Documents.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Deliver Defibrillators That Are Brand New, Complete, Free From Legal, Material And Construction Defects And Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases Or Investments. Will Train An Employee Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation And Servicing Of The Offered Aed Device. The Contractor Also Guarantees That The Subject Of The Order Has All The Necessary Elements For Proper Functioning And Appropriate Certificates In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.3. The Aed Kit Referred To In Section 1 Consists Of: A) Aed Defibrillator: - Device - Battery B) Accessories: - One Set Of Replaceable Disposable Electrodes, Universal For Children And Adults, - Bag - Rescue Kit (Scissors, Gloves, Shaver).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Including The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template) Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
