The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of, Among Others: The Following Activities: 1) Performing Activities Related To Zwrsp Debt Collection Regarding Apartment Rent, Lease Rent, Property Purchase Installments, Apartment Purchase Installments, Non-Contractual Use Of Apartments And Utility Arrears; 2) Field Inspections Of Debtors; 3) Maintaining Correspondence With Debtors/Sending Warnings And Demands For Payment As Well As Final Demands Before Referring Cases To Court And Enforcement Proceedings; 4) Preparing And Submitting Applications For Obtaining A Court Payment Order To Legal Advisors Of Kowr Ot Olsztyn; 5) Cooperation With Bailiffs In The Scope Of Enforcement; 6) Preparing Applications To The Director Regarding The Redemption And Write-Off Of Receivables In The Event Of Ineffective Enforcement; 7) Issuing Certificates Of Mortgage Cancellation By A Person With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Providing Debt Collection Services, Including: On Performing At Least 2 (Two) Activities Specified In Section 2 Of This Chapter.3.
