The Subject Of The Order Is: Performing Comprehensive Investor Supervision Over Sports Facilities To Be Built As Part Of: Development Of Sports Facilities In The Warka Commune. The Task Will Be Co-Financed From The Government Fund Of The Polish Governance Strategic Investment Program. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts: Part 1: Comprehensive Investor Supervision For The Task: Construction Of A Sports Pitch With An Artificial Surface As Part Of The Investment: Development Of Sports Facilities In The Warka Commune Comprehensive Investor Supervision In The Construction, Road And Electrical Industries. The Construction Of A Sports Field With An Artificial Surface Will Be Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode Based On The Pfu Containing The Concept And Based On The Conditions Included In The Swz From The Tender Procedure. The Investment Will Be Implemented Based On Financial Resources Obtained Under The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. The Contractor Of The Works Will Be Obliged To Cooperate Between The Contractors Of The Parts Carried Out Within The Above-Mentioned Framework. Program (In The Event That The Implementation Of Various Parts Will Be Entrusted To Another Contractor) In Terms Of The Terms Of Payment Of Remuneration, Established Based On The Guidelines Of Resolution No. 84/2021 Of The Council Of Ministers Of July 1, 2021 On The Establishment Of The Polish Order Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program Together With An Annex To This Resolution Entitled: Detailed Rules And Procedure For Co-Financing From The Polish Government Fund: Strategic Investments And Resolutions Program No. 176/2021 Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 28, 2021, No. 87/2022 Of April 26, 2022 And No. 205/2022 Of October 13, 2022 Amending The Resolution On The Establishment Of The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program . Due To The Above, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With Other Contractors To Take Into Account Payment Deadlines.
