Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of Equipment And Transport Units Of The Jawornik Polski Commune In 2025

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Diesel Oil To Tanks Located At The Equipment Base. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered On The Basis Of A Contract.2. The Contractor Guarantees That The Fuel Sold Will Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 727, As Amended) And The Requirements Specified In Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06 Standards. 3. The Order Quantity Is Approximately 30,000 Liters, I.E. Approximately 10 Deliveries, Deliveries Of Approximately 3,000 Liters Each. Fuel Delivery Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.4. The Given Amount Of Purchased Fuel Is A Forecast Value And May Change.5. The Delivery Time Is Up To 3 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Will Deliver Fuel To The Ordering Partys Tank Within The Specified Time, Using Means Of Transport That Meet The Standards Provided For In Environmental Protection Regulations.7. The Basis For Settlement Will Be The Number Of Liters Of Diesel Oil Measured On Site At The Ordering Partys.8. The Contractor Must Have A License To Trade In Liquid Fuels In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 716, As Amended). 9. The Suppliers Margin Is A Fixed Amount Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. . 10. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Diesel Oil, But Not By More Than -/+30% (In Words: Thirty Percent) In Relation To The Amount Indicated In Section 3 Above, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For A Reduction In The Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Ordered.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
