1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Unloading, Carrying, Assembly And Commissioning Of Dental Units For The University Dentistry Center Of The Medical University Of Silesia In Katowice Sp. Z O. O., In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 2.2. Delivery Will Be Made To The Following Location: - Bytom, Pl. Akademicki 17 - Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - 3 Pieces - Zabrze, Plac Traugutta 2 - 11 Pieces3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Service With Due Diligence In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Order And The Principles Defined By The Ordering Party Under The Quality Policy According To Pn-En Iso 9001:2009, Security Policy Iso 27001, Fire, Technical, Sanitary And Environmental Protection Safety. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, E.G. Resulting From The Responses To The Contractors Inquiries.5. Wherever The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Other Solutions Than Those Specified In The Description Are Allowed As Equivalent. Subject Of The Order, Provided That Equivalent Technical And Technological Parameters Are Not Inferior And Compliance With Applicable Legal Requirements Is Guaranteed. If The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, But Does Not Provide The Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence - The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Functionally Suitable For The Required Application. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites. The Proper Names Of Materials And Devices Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Order, Should Be Read Or Equivalent. Wherever Contract Documents Refer To Specific Standards And Regulations That Materials, Equipment And Other Goods As Well As Performed And Tested Works Are To Meet, The Provisions Of The Latest Edition Or Revised Edition Of The Cited Standards And Regulations Will Apply.
