1. Scope And Conditions Of Contract Implementation: 1) Estimated Mass Of Waste Intended For Collection And Management During The Contract Period: 1074.30 Mg, 2) Maintenance And Operation Of Pszok And Equipment With Containers Is Provided By The Ordering Party, 3) Collection Of Waste From Pszok The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Be Carried Out Each Time On The Basis Of Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party To The Contractor, Sent To The E-Mail Address (Indicated By The Contractor) Specifying The Number And The Type Of Containers Or The Estimated Amount Of Waste Planned For Collection, 4) The Waste Covered By The Order Should Be Collected No Later Than On The Next Business Day After The Date Of Submission Of The Order By The Ordering Party, 5) During The Collection, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Collection Of Containers With Collected Waste Located At The Ramp Should Provide Empty Containers, 6) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Keep Documentation Related To The Activities Covered By The Order, I.E. Keep Current Records Quantity And Quality Of Waste In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act And The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, B) Submitting Monthly Reports To The Ordering Party In Electronic Form Within 10 Days From The End Of A Given Month, C) Submitting To The Ordering Party By January 10, 2026. In The Form Of A Report For The Previous Calendar Year, Information Necessary To Prepare The Report Referred To In Art. 9Q Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities.7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Handle Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Management Principles Specified In The Waste Act, The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Provincial Waste Management Plan And Environmental Protection Requirements, I.E. Transferring Waste Collected From Pszok To Waste Recovery Or Neutralization Installations, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Waste Act.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Specification Of The Terms Of Order Together With Annexes, Including In Particular Annex No. 1 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 2 Entitled Designed Contractual Provisions.
