The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Contract Engineer Services To The Ordering Party For The Planned Project: Construction Of A Heat Pump Unit Using Waste Heat Of Municipal Sewage From The Central Sewage Treatment Plant In Gliwice, Implemented As Part Of The Task Construction Of An Effective Heating System Using Renewable Energy Sources With A Heat Storage Facility Of Pec-Gliwice Sp. Z O. O. 1.2. The Scope Of Services Includes: A) Analysis, Assessment And Presentation Of Necessary Corrections To The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Provided By The Ordering Party And Preparation Of The Material And Financial Schedule Of Investments (Hrfi); B) Preparation Of Tender Documents, Including: (Specification Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract, Draft Terms And Conditions Of The Contract) In Order To Select The General Contractor In Accordance With The Principles Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 On Public Procurement Law; C) Supporting The Ordering Party During The Selection Procedure Of The General Contractor, By Preparing Answers To Questions Submitted By Contractors, Verifying The Submitted Offers In Terms Of The Feasibility Of Implementing The Investment Based On The Assumptions Presented In The Offers, Including Technical And Legal Assessment Of The Offers; D) Organizational Preparation Of The Investment Within The Scope Of The Ordering Partys Responsibilities, Including Conducting Coordination Meetings, Among Others. With The General Contractor And Other Meetings Regarding The Investment; E) Conducting, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Control And Supervision Over The Task Construction Of A Heat Pump Unit Using Waste Heat Of Municipal Sewage From The Central Sewage Treatment Plant In Gliwice, Implemented As Part Of The Task Construction Of An Effective Heating System Using Renewable Energy Sources With A Heat Storage Facility Pec - Gliwice Sp. Z O. O., Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And Their Commissioning, Including Commissioning Of Collectors And Heat Storage Along With Their Installations For Each Stage Of The Investment Separately, Including Participation In And Supervision Of Load Tests According To Scenarios Specified By The Designer (Analysis And Evaluation Of Results, Recommendations And Supervision Of The Removal Of Non-Compliance By Contractors), F) Current Reporting, Periodic Settlement And Final Settlement Of Investments With Co-Financing Institutions, E.G.
