The Activities Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are: Development And Coordination Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase - The Development Of The Project Documentation Will Be Carried Out In Two Project Stages. The Project Documentation In The Technical Project Phase Must In All Parts Meet The Requirements Of The Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And To Contain A Textual And Graphic Part.
