This Project Is Described In The Program Summary Note Attached To The Consultation Regulations. Estimated Amount Of Work, Excluding Temporary Building Work: 11,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax The Work Will Be Carried Out On An Occupied Site. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Possibility Of Creating One Or More Optional Tranche(S) Concerning The Design, Construction Of All Or Part Of The Sports Center And Its Operation And/Or Maintenance. Concerning Operation-Maintenance, A Breakdown Into A Firm Tranche And An Optional Tranche (Duration) Is Envisaged. The Contract Was Awarded After Competitive Dialogue In Application Of Article L2124-4 Of The Public Order Code. The Dialogue Takes Place In At Least 1 Round Before The Final Offer Is Submitted.
