Continuation From Section Description (Bt-24-Procedure) 6) Prepares A New Technical Passport Of The Construction, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006. The Technical Passport Is Submitted To The Contracting Authority On Paper In 2 Duplicates, Accompanied By An Electronic Medium In Doc And Pdf Format Corresponding To The Paper Ones. The Electronic Copy Is Presented On A Cd Or Other Electronic Medium: 7) Prepares A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Agency, After Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works. The Report Is Submitted On Paper In 2 (Two) Copies, Accompanied By An Electronic Medium In .Pdf And .Doc Format Corresponding To The Paper Ones. The Electronic Copy Of The Report Is Submitted On A Cd Or Other Electronic Medium; 8) Controls The Quality Of The Performed Smr And Prevents, With Its Actions Within Its Competence, The Violation Of Their Technological Consistency, By Issuing Prescriptions And Orders, Which It Enters In The Construction Order Book: 8.1. Monitoring For The Correct Observance Of The Technological Sequence During The Implementation Of The Smr For The Construction On The Basis Of The Contract With The Smr Contractor, As Well As The Good Construction Practices; 8.2. Entry In The Order Book Of Orders In Cases Where The Smr Deviates From The Sequence Resulting From The Contract With The Smr Contractor And/Or Good Construction Practices. 9) Constant Monitoring Regarding Compliance With The Schedule For The Implementation Of The Smp, As Well As Monitoring For Deviations From Them And Timely Reporting To The Contracting Authority About Any Deviations That Occurred In The Process Of Executing The Works. Requirement Of Measures By The Contractor Under The Smr Contract To Correct Deviations, As Well As Control Over Compliance With These Measures And, If Necessary, Reporting On The Latter. 9.1. Prior Detailed Familiarization With The Content Of The Contractors Proposed Smp Schedule, As Well As In Case Of Applicability - An Updated One; 9.2. Control Over Their Compliance According To The Actual Progress Of The Smr And, If Necessary, Inform The Contracting Authority. Accompanying Activities: • Ensuring Compliance With The Conditions For Labor Safety, In Accordance With The Law On Health And Safety At Work (Zbut) And Its Regulations; • Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction; • Ensuring The Necessary Organization For Effective Supervisory Activity And The Communication Of Its Team Regarding The Legal Start Of Construction, The Inspections Related To The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects And The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of Zut; • Checks For The Presence Of The Authors Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Investment Projects During The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Activities, As Well As Controls (If Applicable) The Compliance Of The Working Drawings And Details With The Provisions Of The Current Legislation And The Contract With The Smr Contractor, As Well And In Applicable Cases – With Other Construction Participants And/Or Interested Parties; •
