The Aim Of The Negotiations Is To Specify The Terms Of The Procurement Contract In Such A Way That The Clients Goals For The System Solution Are Met As Best As Possible With The Help Of Ready-Made Programs On The Market. With The Help Of Negotiations, The Aim Is To Give The Bidders The Best Possible Understanding Of The Customers Needs, And The Customer, Respectively, Of The Bidders Solutions.
