Refuse Incineration Services – Consultation Relating To A Public Service Concession For The Operation Of An Energy Recovery Unit, A Summary Sorting Platform, Three Transfer Docks, Two Composting Platforms And Eleven Recycling Centers. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Select An Operator With A View To Concluding A Concession Contract Of The Public Service Delegation Type Relating To The Operation Of The Uve, The Summary Sorting Platform, Three Transfer Docks, Two Composting Platforms And Eleven Recycling Centers, As Well As The Financing, Design And Implementation Of Optimization Work. The Future Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For Ensuring, At Its Own Expense And Risk, The Operation Of These Installations. The Contract Will Also Have The Purpose Of Entrusting The Concessionaire With The Design, Financing And Execution Of The Work Described In The Draft Contract. The Missions Entrusted To The Concessionaire Will Be As Follows, Broken Down Into 5 Parts: 1) Design: It Is Up To The Concessionaire To Carry Out The Studies And Ensure On Its Behalf The Administrative Procedures Necessary For The Realization Of All The Installations: Possible Additional Soil Analyses, Application File Operating Authorization, Building Permit Application File And Any Other Studies That It Deems Useful Or That Would Be Legally Required Of It To Carry Out Or Have Carried Out At Its Expense And Under Its Responsibility Within The Framework Of The Public Service Mission Assigned To It. Entrusted. 2) Execution: It Is Up To The Concessionaire To Carry Out The Work Defined In The Work Program Under Its Project Management And At Its Exclusive Expense. 3) Pre-Financing And Financing: The Dealer Takes Care Of: Pre-Financing The Studies; The Pre-Financing Of The Installations And Equipment Described Above; The Pre-Financing Of Interim Interests During The Construction Phase; Vat Carrying Costs; The Financing Of The Installations And Equipment Described Above From The Msi. 4) Operation Including In Particular: Operation Of The Facilities; The Treatment Of All Residual Waste Collected On The Union’S Perimeter; The Creation Of A Dedicated Structure; Energy Recovery From Waste; The Marketing Of Metals From Tvs, Bulky Items And Bottom Ash; Management Of Bottom Ash, Ashes And Residues, Smoke Purification, Incineration Of Household Waste (Refiom); The Marketing Of Steam, Heat And Electricity; The Marketing Of The Available Capacities Of The Installations After Priority Management Of The Concessionaires Waste; Upkeep And Maintenance Operations Of Works; Operation Of The Facility For Preparing And Sorting Bulky And Miscellaneous Items; The Marketing Of Metals And Materials From Tvi/Tvni Processed On The Installation For The Preparation And Sorting Of Bulky Items And Miscellaneous Items; The Transport And Processing Of Tvni From The Installation For The Preparation And Sorting Of Bulky Items And Miscellaneous Items; The Transfer And Transport Of Residual Waste, Selective Collection And Glass Collected On The
