Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Cleaning Services And Window Polishing For Aalborg Forsyning And Associated Subsidiaries. The Tender Concerns The Cleaning And Window Polishing Of All Aalborg Forsynings Locations, Including Pumping Stations, Heating Plants, Decentralized Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants And The Administration Buildings (Norbis Park And Gasværksvej) Located In Aalborg Municipality. The Tendered Contract Includes Cleaning Of Office Premises, Meeting Rooms, Changing/Bathing Facilities, Toilets, Storage, Canteen, Laboratories, Workshops, Basements And The Like As Well As Window Polishing. The Task Does Not Include Industrial Cleaning. For A Further Description Of The Scope And Nature Of The Task, Please Refer To Annex 2A - Contract With Associated Annexes, Including Especially Annex 2B - Specification Of Requirements. Please Note That Some Of The Locations Are Subject To Special Guidelines For Stay And Performance Of Services. Thus, Some Of The Locations Are Classified As Risk Enterprises (Bek No. 372 Of 25/04/2016 With Later Amendments), And Some Locations Are Subject To The Sewage Executive Order (Bek No. 473 Of 07/10/1983 With Later Amendments). Furthermore, At Certain Locations There Is A Strong Focus On Drinking Water Safety, Which Is Why The Guidelines In The Iso 22000 Certification (Food Safety) Must Be Observed. The Supplier Must Perform The Services In Compliance With The Guidelines Resulting From These Special Regulations And The Certification. The Tender Is Conducted As A Limited Tender In Accordance With §§ 58-60 Of The Tender Act. A Public Contract Is Being Offered That Can Be Used By The Entire Aalborg Forsyning And Associated Subsidiaries Regarding Cleaning Services And Window Polishing. The Contract Is Concluded With Aalborg Service A/S, As Contract Holder. Contract Management And Administration Of The Contract Is Handled By The Ordering Party. With Reference To § 49 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contract Is Not Divided, As By Entering Into One Overall Contract, You Minimize The Administrative Costs And Utilize The Synergy Effects That An Overall Contract Derives (Economies Of Scale).
