The Customer Intends To Procure The Installation And Configuration, Operation, Development And Support Of The E-Service Platform (Also Called The System). Operation Of The E-Service Platform Must Take Place At The Supplier, Although We Also Request The Conditions For Possible Future Local Operation. Installation Includes A Turnkey Solution With The Full Functionality Found In The Latest Version Of Open Eplatform At The Time Of Tender Submission, Including All Modules. Configuration Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Adaptation To The Clients Individual Graphic Profiles (With The Possibility Of Multiple Domains/Profiles), Complete Solution For My Pages, My Cases And My Profile, Saml 2.0 Integration Against The Idps Of The Clients Various Security Platforms For Login With E-Identification , See Requirements Specification In Section 3. The Service For E-Identification And E-Signing Is Procured As An Option, Where It Is Voluntary For The Supplier To Offer The Option And Voluntary For The Client To Exercise The Option Under The Contract. Please Note That If The Supplier Offers E-Identification And E-Signing, This Must Be Provided For The Entire Contract Period If The Customer So Requests.
