The Contractor(s) shall be expected to perform routine and emergency mechanical maintenance services at the Wayland Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 185 Elissa Avenue, Wayland including the collection system and pump stations. Mechanical maintenance services include, but are not limited to, cleaning, repairing and installing pumps, valves, piping, mixers, screens, membrane units or other equipment as commonly found in a wastewater treatment facility, pump stations, or collection system.
