Bids Are Invited For Construction Manager At Risk – Cochrane Ranchehouse Renovations

This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Town Of Cochrane (“The Town”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For A Construction Manager At Risk (“Cmr”) For The Cochrane Ranchehouse Renovations, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix B) (The “Deliverables”). The Services Of The Cmr Will Include The Provision Of Estimating, Procurement, Construction, Quality Control, Budgeting, And Schedule Services For The Project. The Selected Construction Manager Will Work With The Internal Project Team, External Consultants From The Pre-Construction Phase Through To Construction, Commissioning, And Handover.Commencing Immediately After Contract Execution, The Construction Manager Will Begin Pre-Construction Services To Assist The Project Team With Design Reviews, Cost Estimation, Value Engineering, Constructability Analysis, Cost Validation, Risk Management Activities, And Construction Planning.The Town Expects The Work To Commence Promptly After The Contract Award And Be Completed By June 31, 2025 (Substantial Completion Certificate).
