The Request For Proposal (Rfp) Is To Solicit Bids From Qualified, Experienced And Reputable Water Treatment Plant Operators That Will Result In The Establishment Of A Service Agreement With The University Fo Calgary. This Service Agreement Will Seek To:A)Ensure The Kananaskis Water Treatment Plant Is Compliant With Provincial Regulations;B)Ensure The Kananaskis Water Treatment Plant Is Operating Reliably And Efficiently In Accordance With Environmental Protection And Enhancement Act Approval Number 144641-01-02 (See Appendix A) And Water Act Licence Number 00137660-00-00 (See Appendix B); Andc)Minimize Repair And Maintenance Costs Associated With Replacement And Cleaning Of Equipment Due To Scale, Corrosion, Fouling, Or Microbiological Activity.
