The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Construction And Repair Works (Srr) In Premises (4 Pieces) And Common Parts, All With A Total Area Of ​​200 Sq.M. In The Sveta Marina Umbal Building - Varna For The Needs Of The Department Of General And Operative Surgery, The Department Of Medical Genetics And The Department Of Property Management At The Medical University Of Varna, In Order To Improve The Conditions For Conducting The Educational Process And Living Conditions At Work. Construction And Repair Works Include Dismantling And Assembly Activities On Walls, Ceilings And Floors, Laying Cables, Building Front Wall Cladding From Plasterboard Panels, Partition Walls From Plasterboard Panels, Replacement Of Doors, Reworking Of Plumbing Installations, Replacement Of Radiators And Others. Detailed In Appendix #1 – Technical Specification. The Indicated Quantities Of Srr Are Estimated And It Is Possible That During The Execution Of The Order It Will Be Necessary To Change The Quantities (Volume) For A Given Type Of Work And/Or The Implementation Of New Activities Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities (Bco) That Are Not Foreseen , But When Performing The Activities, They Are Objectively Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order.
