Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement: The Subject Of All Specific Positions Includes The Following Activities: Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase Execution Of The Construction And Installation Works According To The Technical Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order. Exercise Of Author Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Law On Territorial Planning. The Detailed Performance Requirements Are According To The Technical Specifications For The Specific Items, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
