The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Medical Devices For Endoprosthesis. Code Of The Order, According To The General Glossary Of Terms: 33183100 - Orthopedic Implants. The Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Separate Items. The Effective Implementation Of This Public Procurement Implies Its Award Within The Framework Of One Contract And Its Implementation By One Contractor. The Order Contains 76 (Seventy Six) Nomenclatures, Some Of Which Also Contain Nomenclature Units. The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Offers. Participants Offer All Nomenclature/ Nomenclature Units. The Offered Medical Devices For Endoprosthetics Should Be Included In The List Of Medical Devices By Groups That The Nhif Pays In The Conditions Of Hospital Medical Care, And The Value Up To Which The Nhif Pays For Each Group, Compiled In Accordance With Article 13, Paragraph 2 , Item 2, Letter A Of Ordinance No. 10 Of 2009 On The Conditions, Order, Mechanism And Criteria For Payment By The National Health Insurance Fund Of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices And Dietetic Foods For Special Medical Purposes, Negotiation Of Discounts And Reimbursement Of Excess Funds When Applying A Mechanism Guaranteeing Predictability And Sustainability Of The Budget Of The Nhif, Effective From January 1, 2024 (Rd- Ns-04-121/18.12.2023).
