Chairman, Department Procurement Committee of Lanka Sathosa Limited wishes lo accept sealed proposals from Insurance companies, who wish to provide Health Insurance Cover for Employees of Lanka Sathosa Limited for the period of one year starting from 01.02.2025 to 31.01.2026. Requirement: As indicated in the RFP Document. Interested Bidders shall obtain a RFP document in English language from below mentioned address from 18lh November 2024 to 09" December 2024 by paying Rs.5,000.00 (nonrcfundable) fee. Lanka Sathosa Head Office, Procurement Division (3rd floor), No 27, CWE Secretariat Building, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 02. RFP Documents will be issuing only for the representatives of Head Office staff of the Insurance Companies. (Insurance Company Agents and Insurance Brokers would not be considered) One Document will be issuing for an insurance company. Therefore, Bidder shall bring authority letter authorized by the Head of the respective Insurance Company. Pre Bid meeting will be held on 28,h November 2024, 11.00 a.m. at the above address (Mandatory). Proposals should be sent by registered post or deposited in the tender box placed at the Procurement Division of above address, on or before 09,h December 2024, 01.00 p.m. The top left hand comer of the envelope containing the proposals should be marked as LSL/PRO/05/154/Health Insurance/2024. All proposals shall be accompanied by an unconditional Bid Security (refundable) amounting Rs.364,000.00 (Three Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Rupees) issued by a locally operated licensed bank in Sri Lanka. Proposals without same will be rejected. Accepting proposals will be closed on 09th December 2024, 01.00 p.m. and open immediately after closing, in the presence of Bidders.
