Funding has been sourced to carry out targeted works relating to these specific spaces in Block A. The rooms are to be refurbished replacing flat ceilings and identified wall linings, fitting of insulation, redecoration of the space including autex composition. Hot water will be fitted in the CRHS fit out. Replacing of metal roofing over the affected spaces will be actioned including the spouting systems. The replacement of timber windows is included but subject to the available funding. The CRHS refurbishment is prioritised to be carried out over the Christmas holiday period with all other work to follow as the spaces can be made available to the contractor.
