Our RFP will seek a partner that can provide information contact centre services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for our immediate needs including electoral event delivery in 2025 and 2026, as well as capabilities and capacity to evolve alongside changing objectives. New Zealand-based customer services representatives, political neutrality, positivity, and cultural understanding of the New Zealand environment are important attributes we will be seeking from suppliers.
