Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Mining Hoisting Machines Installed On The Kinga And Daniłowicz Shafts Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine

1. Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services For The Following Devices By The Ordering Party: 1) Bb-2500 Winding Machine Installed At The Daniłowicz Shaft, In Terms Of The Mechanical And Electrical Parts Of The Machine, 2) Bb-2500 Winding Machine Installed At The Kinga Shaft, In Terms Of Parts Mechanical And Electrical Machinery,3) Shaft Signaling And Communication Equipment With Near-Shaft Devices, Built In The Daniłowicz Shaft,4) Shaft Signaling And Communication Device With Near-Shaft Devices, Built In The Kinga Shaft.1.2. The Provision Of Maintenance Services Should Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Devices Referred To In Point 1.1. 1.3. The Provision Of Maintenance Services Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Devices In Question, Which The Ordering Party Will Make Available To The Contractor For Inspection Upon His Request.2. Scope Of Service Services.2.1. Service Services Include: 1) Immediate Removal Of Operational Defects And Critical Failures Reported By The Ordering Party, Including: A) Providing Service Readiness, B) Providing Consultations And Advice On The Operation And Functioning Of Devices, 2) Periodic Service And Maintenance Inspections Of Serviced Devices, Devices Along With The Purchase Of All Consumables Necessary To Perform Inspections,3) Purchase And Delivery On Separate Orders Of The Ordering Party Of All Parts, Components And Materials Necessary To Perform Maintenance Services,4) Making Entries In The Service Book.2.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Specialized Service Provided By The Manufacturers Of Devices Included In The Installation Or By Entities Authorized By These Manufacturers, If It Results From A Material Need.3. Maintaining Service Readiness.3.1. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform At Least One-Person Service Duty, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week.3.2. The Contractor Will Provide A Remote Diagnostic Access System Based On The Existing Certified Secomea Platform Using Encrypted Packet Data Transmission And Authorized Access By Authorized Users Along With Obtaining The Necessary Certificates.3.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Maintain Remote Diagnostic Access Based On The Existing Secomea Platform And Communication Systems Enabling Contact By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail In Order To Report Operational Defects Or Critical Failures 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day.3.4. As Part Of The Service Readiness, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Telephone Consultations And Advice On The Operation And Functioning Of The Serviced Devices. For This Purpose, The Contractor Ensures That The Person On Service Duty Or Another Person Indicated By The Contractor Will Have The Competences Necessary To Provide Ongoing Responses To Inquiries Regarding The Operation And Functioning Of The Serviced Devices.3.5.
