A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Consists Of: (1) Design Documentation; (2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; (3) Bill Of Quantities.Bill Of Quantities. It Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer, It Is Of Informative And Auxiliary Nature. 3. Names And Codes Relating To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):45000000 - 7 Construction Works45300000-0 Installation Works In Buildings45332300-6 Sewage Installation Works45332200-5 Plumbing Installation Works4. The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is At The Leśnik Training And Recreation Center In Orzechów, Plot No. 38/4, Wytowno District.5. The Implementation Of Construction Works Must Always Comply With The Applicable Technical, Construction And Legal Rules Relating To A Given Facility And The Technology Of Performing The Works. When Executing An Order, Particular Attention Should Be Paid To The Regulations In Force During The Execution Regarding Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection, And Sanitary Protection.6. The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place In The Facilities Of The Active Training And Recreation Center, Therefore The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Continuity Of Supply Of Drinking And Household Water For The Duration Of The Order. 7. When Performing The Works, Only Materials, Products And Devices Approved For Trading And Meeting The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law Act) And Regulations On Construction Products, As Well As Should Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Opz Attached To The Swz.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer The Parts Of The Order (Material Scopes) The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such Indication Should Be Included In The Offer.
