The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Internal Sanitary Installation, Including The Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities, Painting, And Replacement Of Bathroom Fittings In The Building Of The Primary School No. 24 In Rzeszów At Ul. Czajkowskiego 11 - Stage I. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of A Construction Project Related To The Reconstruction Of The Internal Sanitary Installation Along With The Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities, Painting Of Renovated Surfaces, Replacement Of Bathroom Fittings In The Building Of Primary School No. 24 In Rzeszów At Ul. Czajkowskiego 11 When Performing The Works, The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Existing Structural Elements Of The Building. The Contractor Is Responsible For Damage To The White Assembly And All Devices During Their Disassembly, Assembly And Commissioning. The Contractor Will Dispose Of Dismantled Elements That Are Not Expected To Be Reassembled. The Order Includes The Disassembly And Assembly Of Sanitary Utensils And The Replacement Of Tiles On The Walls And Floors In The Building Of Primary School No. 24. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Basic And Accompanying Construction Works, Services And Supplies Related To The Execution Of The Order Resulting From The Applicable Legal Provisions And The Developed Design Documentation. Due To For The Planned Execution Of Works Covered By The Documentation In Question On An Active Facility, It Is Necessary To Plan The Works In A Way That Does Not Cause Disruptions In The Operation Of The Facility. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Assume Civil Liability For The Results Of Its Activities In The Field Of: Organization Of Construction Works, Securing The Interests Of Third Parties, Environmental Protection, And Work Safety Conditions, If Necessary.
