Performing The Service Of Collection, Loading, Transport And Management Of Municipal Sewage Sludge With Code 190805, Hygienized With Lime Oxide From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Strzelce Krajeńskie, Ul. Strumykowa 5 In An Amount Of Approximately 1,800 Mg. Sludge Removal In Batches Approximately 3 Times A Year. 2. The Order Is To Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015 On Municipal Sewage Sludge (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 23) And The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended). The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept Within A Maximum Of 72 Hours From The Time Of Notification, After Collecting The Necessary Documents And Information. 3. The Amount Of Waste Generated Depends On The Quantity And Quality Of Sewage Delivered To The Treatment Plant. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Transferred Waste During The Duration Of The Order, Which Cannot Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Withdraw From The Contract And Does Not Result In Any Claims By The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. 4. Loading Of Municipal Sewage Sludge Will Take Place Directly From The Sludge Plots Located Approximately 300 M From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Strzelce Krajeńskie. The Transfer Of Municipal Sewage Sludge Will Take Place At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Strzelce Krajeńskie, Immediately After Weighing Each Batch Of Sludge And Confirmed By Entry Into The Bdo System.5. Each Batch Of Sludge Removed From The Sludge Plots Will Be Weighed On A Truck Scale Located At The Treatment Plant, Approximately 300 Meters From The Plots. The Truck Scale Has Only One Approach/Departure. It Is Not Possible To Drive Through The Scale.6. The Collection And Export Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor Using Its Own Tools And Its Own Means Of Transport, Within A Maximum Of 3 Days From The Date Of Export Agreed By The Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport Sludge And Waste From The Place Of Their Production To The Place Of Recovery Or Disposal, In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Takes Over The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party For Managing This Waste. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), Waste Management Means The Collection, Transport And Processing Of Waste, Including Supervision Of Such Activities. , As Well As Subsequent Treatment Of Waste Disposal Sites And Activities Performed As A Waste Seller Or Waste Broker. The Contractor Must Have A Decision From The Competent Authority To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Waste Management From Sewage Treatment Plants In Accordance With The Specific Subject Of The Contract.
