1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of District Roads Running Through The Lubliniec District. The Current Maintenance Of District Roads Should Be Understood As Works Consisting In Partial Renovations Of Bituminous, Soil And Paving Surfaces, Partial Renovations Of Sidewalks And Renovations Of The Road Drainage System.2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Following Equipment At Its Disposal: A) Self-Propelled Static Roller B) Internal Combustion Vibrating Compactor C) Milling Machine For Bituminous Surfaces D) Bituminous Emulsion Sprinkler E) Bitumen Spreader F) Self-Unloading Vehicle G) Internal Combustion Saw For Cutting Surfaces Made Of Masses Bituminous H) Backhoe Excavator3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: A) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior) - Annex 2 To The Swz; B) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 3 To The Swz;4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made Of Materials Provided By The Contractor. The Materials Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of April 16, 2004. On Construction Products And The Requirements Specified In Stwior.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Test Materials As Well As Measurements And Tests Of Completed Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Quality Control Of Materials And Works Specified In Stwior.6. The Scope Of Work On A Given Road Section Will Be Ordered Each Time On Behalf Of The Ordering Party By A Person Appointed To Supervise The Works. The Order May Be Submitted In Writing To The Contractors Address, By E-Mail Or By Phone.7. The Contractor Will Commence Works On A Given Road Section No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Order Referred To In Section 7).8. Together With The Order, The Contractor Will Receive A Bill Of Quantities From The Ordering Partys Representative, If The Nature Of The Ordered Works Requires Such A Bill Of Quantities.9. The Deadline For Completing The Scope Of Works Covered By A Given Bill Of Quantities Will Be Specified Each Time In The Work Order. 10. If The Ordering Party Receives Information About Situations That May Pose A Threat To The Safety Of Road Users, In Particular Failures And Damage That Pose A Threat To Life Or Property, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Actions To Eliminate The Threats Within No More Than 2 Hours From The Moment Of Receiving The Order Electronically. Or By Phone. A Telephone Order Placed On A Non-Working Day Will Be Additionally Confirmed By The Ordering Party Electronically On The Next Business Day.11. Guarantee And Warranty: A) Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - 12 Months. B) Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - 12 Months.
