1. Preparation Of Draft Local Development Plans For Selected Areas In The Towns Of: Baby I Jacków, Jacków, Kijów, Łęg, Pieńki Szczepockie, Teklinów, Widzów, Widzówek In The Kruszyna Commune.2. Each Of The Areas For Which A Local Development Plan Should Be Prepared Has Been Defined By A Resolution Of The Kruszyna Commune Council. The Boundaries Of The Plans Are Indicated In Graphic Annexes To These Resolutions In Accordance With The Spatial Planning And Development Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130).3. The Contractors Responsibilities Under The Order In Question Include: 1) Coordinating The Implementation Of The Formal And Legal Procedure Required For Draft Local Spatial Development Plans, Resulting From The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), Preparing Formal And Legal Documentation Throughout The Entire Period Of Preparing Drafts Of Local Spatial Development Plans And Completing The Documentation Of Planning Works, Including Resolutions And Attachments In Order To Assess Their Compliance With Legal Provisions In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard; 2) Preparing Draft Documents, Resulting From The Planning Procedure Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Including Draft Resolutions Of The Kruszyna Commune Council; 3) Preparation Of Draft Local Spatial Development Plans To The Extent Consistent With The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 4) Preparation Of Environmental Impact Forecasts In Accordance With The Act Of October 3, 2008 R On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), If Required; 5) Preparation Of Applications For Consent To Change The Intended Use Of Land For Non-Agricultural And Non-Forest Purposes, For Draft Local Spatial Development Plans, If Required.4. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Changes In Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge In The Projects Being Developed On An Ongoing Basis. The Development Plans Submitted To The Ordering Party By The Contractor Should Be Consistent With The Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge In Force On The Date Of Submission.5. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Minimum Requirements To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs Specified In Art. 6 Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.6. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed By The Contractor Is Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Together With The Resolutions Constitutes Annex No. 10 To Swz.7. The Ordering Party Recommends That Contractors Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Areas Covered By The Order In Order To Obtain Information Helpful In Preparing The Offe
