A List Of Vehicle Brands And Registration Numbers And A List Of The Ordering Partys Drivers Authorized To Refuel Will Be Included In The List Provided By The Ordering Party. Drivers Included In The List Are Entitled To Refuel Each Of The Vehicles Mentioned In The List And To Refuel Canisters - Only Indicated Persons (Fuel For Power Generators, Snow Blowers, Lawn Mowers, Brushcutters, Petrol Saws, Circular Saws, Motor Pumps, Soil Compactors). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Update The List Of Persons Authorized To Refuel. The Gas Station Must Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 5 Km From The Seat Of The Municipal Economy Department Of The Bodzechów Commune Office (Szewna, Ul. Vehicles Can Be Refueled 24 Hours A Day During The Term Of The Contract, Therefore The Suppliers Offer Must Indicate A Gas Station Operating 24 Hours A Day. Regardless Of The Number Of Customers, Each Customers Car Should Be Refueled Within No More Than 15 Minutes Of The Driver Reporting To The Station Employee. .Cyclically, Once A Calendar Month - On The Last Day Of Each Month, A Vat Invoice Will Be Issued Setting The Amount Due For The Fuel Actually Purchased, Separately For Each Vehicle. The Contractor Will Attach To The Invoice A List Broken Down By Individual Vehicles, Including Information: Date, Time Of Purchase, Type Of Fuel Consumed, Quantity Of Fuel Consumed, Daily Fuel Sales Price, And In Relation To Vehicles: Vehicle Registration Number And Drivers Name, Vehicle Odometer Reading, Net Price , Gross Price And Daily Table Of Wholesale Fuel Prices Of Pkn Orlen S.A. The Ordering Party Does Not Accept Cashless Transactions Made Using Fuel Cards.
