For Waste With Codes: 20 01 01; 20 01 02;20 01 39; 20 01 40 According To The Established Schedule And Frequency Of Collection Of Selectively Collected Waste. Waste Collection Will Take Place On Working Days From 9:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. At Least Once Every Two Weeks 4. For Waste Codes: 20 01 08; 16 03 80 According To The Established Schedule And Frequency Of Waste Collection At Least Once A Week. Waste Collection Will Take Place On Working Days From 9:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. 5. For Waste With Codes: 20 03 01; 19/08/05; 19/08/01; 20 01 25 After Prior Telephone Notification By The Ordering Party About The Need To Collect Waste No Later Than On The 2Nd Day Following Receipt Of The Notification On A Business Day, At 900 -1500. 6. Estimated Quantities Of Delivered Articles May Change During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Shipments, Provided That Their Quantity Will Not Be Less Than 70% Of The Total Order Value And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claim On This Account. 7. For The Duration Of The Contract, 12 Months From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025. 8. The Contractor Undertakes That The Transport And Disposal Of Waste Will Take Place In Accordance With Applicable Law. 9. The Contractor Should Have A Current Entry In The Register Of Regulated Activities In The Field Of Municipal Waste Collection. 10. The Contractor Ensures That It Has Equipment Enabling The Collection Of Municipal Waste And Ensures Its Proper Technical And Sanitary Condition. 11. The Contractor Ensures That It Meets The Technical Requirements Regarding The Equipment Of Waste Collection Vehicles. 12. The Contractor Ensures That It Has The Appropriate Location And Equipment Of The Storage And Transport Base. 13. The Contractor Will Be Liable During The Performance Of The Service For The Loss, Destruction Or Damage Of The Waste Compactor. The Contractor Is Not Allowed To Break The Warranty Seals Or Make Any Technical Changes To The Waste Compactor. 14. Place, Method, Dates Of Service And Form And Date Of Payment.
