1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With Services Related To Veterinary Care For Animals Placed In The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecinek At Ul. Rybacka And Performing Procedures To Prevent Their Reproduction (Sterilization, Castration - Including Free-Living Cats In The So-Called Cat Nests), In Accordance With Art. 11A Of The Animal Protection Act Of August 21, 19972. The Expected Approximate Number Of Treatments To Prevent Animal Reproduction (Spaying, Castration) Is Given Below: ● Sterilization Of A Female Dog - Approx. 50 Treatments ● Castration Of A Dog - Approx. 50 Treatments ● Sterilization Of A Female Cat - Approx. 80 Treatments ● Castration Of A Male Cat - Approx. 70 Treatments Estimated Approximate Numbers Of Vaccinations :● Anti-Rabies Dogs - Approx. 150● Protective Dogs - Approx. 120● Anti-Rabies Cats - Approx. 150● Protective Cats - Approx. 150 Estimated Approximate Number Of Diagnostic Tests Related To Animal Adoptions: ● Fiv/Felv Tests - Approx. 90 ● Basic Blood Test (Morphology / Kidney And Liver Parameters) - Approx. 1803. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Lump Sum Price For Services Related To Veterinary Care Over A 12-Month Period - Including The Cost Of Medicines And Medical Materials Necessary For The Implementation Of The Contract. The Necessary Drugs And Medical Materials For Veterinary Services Will Be Purchased By The Contractor After Consultation With The Ordering Party And Settled Monthly On An Invoice, Divided Into Drugs And Medical Materials. The Ordering Party Informs That The Estimated Cost Of Purchasing Medicines And Medical Materials (Taking Into Account The Average From Previous Years) May Amount To Approximately Pln 67,000.00 Net Per Year. 4. The Contractors Duties Will Include Constant Care For Homeless Animals Staying In The Shelter And Performing Procedures To Prevent Animal Reproduction (Sterilization, Castration - Including Free-Living Cats In The So-Called Cat Nests). The Subject Of The Contract Includes Care In Particular: Vaccinations Against Rabies, Preventive Vaccinations, Flea Control Of Animals; Deworming, Microchipping Dogs; Euthanasia Of Animals, Euthanasia Of Blind Litters; Vaccination Of Bitches Against Heat In The Shelter, Treatment Of Animals.5. Contractors Availability: In The Scope Of Providing Veterinary Care For Animals In The Shelter, Providing Services On Working Days By Visiting, Analyzing And Performing Activities On The Premises Of The Shelter According To The Needs And Indications Of The Client During The Shelters Opening Hours (A Visit Is Not Required On Each Working Day Unless There Are Needs). On Other Days (Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays) And Outside The Shelters Opening Hours On Working Days, The Contractor Will Be On Duty (Telephone), During Which Emergency Cases Requiring Immediate Help Due To A Life-Threatening Or Life-Threatening Condition Will Be Handled.
