The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Fulfill The Order In Quantities Depending On Actual Needs, I.E. It Guarantees The Execution Of A Minimum Of 25% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract, And To Limit The Order In Terms Of Quantity And Material, Which Does Not Constitute Withdrawal From The Contract Even In Part.
