The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Elements Of Website Equipment And Databases For The Profession Of An It Technician, Intended For A Disabled Person, In Connection With The Implementation Of Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0048/23 Entitled Educated Graduate - Wanted Employee, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 Program, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Registered Office In A Complete Condition, Free From Manufacturing, Material, Workmanship And Construction Defects, As Well As Legal Defects, In An Undamaged And Intact Original Packaging. The Offered Devices Cannot Be Withdrawn From Sale On The Day Of Submission Of Offers. 2. The Contractor Offers Elements Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Parameters Resulting From The Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And The Data Contained In The Swz And Annexes, I.E.: A) A Mouse For People With Hand Disabilities - 1 Pc. B) Software For A Person With A Disability – 1 Pc. C) One-Handed Keyboard For A Disabled Person - 1 Pc., The Ordering Party Will Specify The Variant For The Right Or Left Hand Before Concluding The Contract.3. However, Along With The Offer, The Contractor Must Submit A Declaration Of Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Opz, According To Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Price Form - Together With An Indication Of Unit Prices And The Total Gross Price.4. All Parameters Indicated In The Opz Are Minimal. If Higher Parameters Are Offered In Relation To Each Item In The Opz Table, The Contractor Indicates In The Table Of The Price Form From Opz - Annex No. 3 To The Swz That It Offers Higher Parameters And Then Attaches To The Offer Information About The Technical Data Of The Element Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope It Offers. Higher Parameters Than Those Indicated In The Opz. 5. Attention. If The Ordering Party Finds That The Parameters Offered By The Contractor Are Lower Than Those Required Under The Opz, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection Due To Its Non-Compliance With The Terms Of The Order.
