DPMC has been operating a bespoke web-based software solution called CabNet to serve as a secure repository for Cabinet and Cabinet Committee material. DPMC is seeking registrations of interest from capable and experienced providers for software development and support for a long-term partnership that will help steward CabNet into its next iteration. This project calls exclusively for the development of a bespoke solution and will not accept proposals that represent a Software-as-a-Service arrangement. We are intending to undertake a two-staged approach. This Registration of Interest is the first stage; the intent of which is to shortlist respondents to progress to a second stage consisting of a closed RFP.
