Passenger Baggage Handling Services - Restricted Procedure - Framework Agreement Concerning The Assignment Of Baggage Services, Handling Of Supplies And On-Board Equipment For Cruise Ships In Port Areas. The Competition Procedure Is Aimed At Awarding A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Luggage Carrier Services, Handling Of Supplies And On-Board Equipment For Cruise Ships In The Port Area. The Contractor Will Have To Perform Porterage Services Relating To The Handling, Transport And Storage Of Passengers Baggage To And From Passenger Ships As Well As Ãâ© The Activity Of Handling Supplies And On-Board Equipment For Cruise Ships Also With The Aid Of Mechanical Means Pursuant To The Navigation Code, Of The Law Of 28 January 1994 , N. 84, As Well As The Ordinances Or Other Provisions Issued By The Port System Authority Of The Northern Adriatic Sea, Ports Of Venice And Chioggia, By The Port Authority Of Venice And Other Competent Authorities. In Particular, The Successful Tenderer Will Be Required To Carry Out The Following Services: 1. Baggage Embarkation/Disembarkation Service To/From Cruise Ships; 2. Embarkation/Disembarkation, Baggage Collection And Handling Service From/To Cruise Ships Moored At The Tiv And Vecon Docks In Marghera (So-Called: Redentore Mode) 3. Baggage Embarkation/Disembarkation Service From/To Hydrofoils; 4. Baggage Embarkation/Disembarkation Service From/To River Ships; 5. Auxiliary Services Related To Baggage Handling; 6. Embarkation/Disembarkation Service, Collection And Handling Of Baggage From/To Cruise Ships Diverted To Other Ports Or Moorings; 7.Handling Service For Supplies And/Or On-Board Equipment. 8.Luggage Storage Service; 9. Porterage Service Within The Port And Luggage Transfer To/From Extra-Port Destinations; 10. Other Services. The Detailed Description And The Methods Of Provision Of The Services Will Be Made Known To The Admitted Competitors With The Invitation Letter.
