The Object Of The Contract Is The Establishment Of An Online Open Data Saas Platform With Data Hosting/Visualization/Export/“After-Sales Service”. Functionally, The Open Data Platform Must Meet The Following Requirements: - The Holder Provides A Turnkey Software As A Service Service (In English, Software As A Service Or Saas) Requiring No Installation Or Technical Operating Gestures By The Company. The Saas Service Must Make It Possible To Host, Load, Administer, Publish Datasets On The Platform And Export Them In Different Formats. - Access To The Platform Is Not Functionally Limited Either In Number Of User Accounts Or In Number Of Simultaneous Users. The Language Displayed Will Be French By Default, However The Platform Can Be Multilingual And In Particular Include English.
