Construction Work For Manufacturing Plant – Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart: Construction And Maintenance Of Gas Technology Plants. Stadtwerke Stuttgart Gmbh (Sws) Is Implementing The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart Project At Am Mittelkai 25, 70327 Stuttgart. The Project Includes, Among Other Things, Hydrogen Production, A Hydrogen Pipeline, A Trailer Filling Plant And A Battery Storage System. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of The Gas Technology Systems Following At Least Two Pem Electrolyzers, Including Detailed Engineering, As Well As Their Maintenance. After Successful Commissioning And Acceptance, Sws Becomes The Operator Of The Gas Technology Systems. The Gas Technology Systems Must Be Coordinated With The Other Components Of The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart And, Together With Them, Form A Functional Overall System. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account When Preparing The Detailed Engineering And Manufacturing The Systems. In Particular, The Hydrogen Should Be Produced In Several Pem Electrolysers And, After Compression Or Storage, Fed Into A Hydrogen Pipeline Or Used To Fill Trailers. The Hydrogen Production System Should Be Electricity Market-Led, I.E. Regulated According To Price Developments On The Electricity Market. A Detailed Description Of The Interfaces And Responsibilities Can Be Found In The Separate Document “Specifications For Gas Technology Systems” (= Appendix 1 Of The Tender Documents). With Regard To The Gas Technology Systems In The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart, The Contractor Will Provide The Following Services: 1. Preparation Of Detailed Engineering (Based On The List Of Services Including Appendices)2. Delivery And Construction Of The Gas Technology Systems (Installation Including Work Equipment For On-Site Assembly And Construction Of The System, Including Piping, Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test, Acceptance) 3. Handover Of The Gas Technology Systems To The Sws Including Installation Of The System And Training 4 . Maintenance, Repairs Including Wear And Consumables Including Recurring Inspections.
