(dated September 2018), the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) is publishing this notice of its intent to enter into a Best Value Contract with another Governmental Entity, namely Barnstable County, in order to utilize data and information generated through specialized automated services that are currently being performed by the County's Septic Management Program.
