3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment For The Catering Workshops Of Ckziu In Łęczyca As Part Of The Project Entitled: We Educate Qualified Professionals. 3.2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: We Educate Qualified Professionals Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Voivodeship 2021-2027, Contract No.: Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0056/23-00.3 .3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Arrangement, Installation - Assembly, Training And Commissioning Of Professional Catering Equipment, Including: 3.3.1 Part No. 1: Steam Convection Oven, Heaters, Dispensers For Docks, Cooling Display Cases, Granitor, Egg Spotlight, Devices For Cotton Candy, Popcorn Machine, Blender, Potato Slicer, Pasta Machine, Induction Cooker, Shock Chiller, Juicer, Smoke Bubble Gun, Juicer, Crusher, Chocolate Warmer, Bartending Stations, Pots, Pans, Tableware, Small Catering Equipment - Anti-Slip Trays, Cutlery Baskets, Strainers, Potato Ricer, Can Openers, Bain Marie, Catering Glass , Pestles, Boards, Bartenders Tools, Mortars, Bartenders Sieves And Small Equipment Bartender, Coffee Machine, Beer Pourer, Plate, Bar Furniture, Sales Tent, Umbrella, Catering Tables, Covers, Etc. In Quantities And With Characteristics Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 8. - 8.1. To Swz. The Ordering Party Requires Two-Day Training As Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Each Training Lasting 16 Hours, Including 8 Hours Each Training Day (1 Hour = 45 Minutes) For The Ordering Partys Staff. The Ordering Party Will Provide A Catering Workshop To Conduct Training. The Raw Materials And Materials Necessary To Conduct A Given Training Are Provided By The Contractor. 3.3.2 Part No. 2: Washing Machine, Dryer, Steam Cabinet, Water Vacuum Cleaner, Window Cleaner In Quantities And With Characteristics Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 8. - 8.2. To Swz.3.4. The Delivered Equipment And Devices Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have Ce Declarations, B) Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials For Use, In Polish, - If Required, C) Have A Warranty Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months, Subject To Another Requirement Specified For Individual Products In Annex No. 8 To The Swz For A Given Part Of The Order - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, With The Reservation Of The Ordering Party, D) The Devices Offered On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sales.3.5.
